Jazz/Modern Technique

Instructor(s): Daisy Hodge

In this open level Jazz/Modern class, we will move our bodies to a wide range of music while working on technique, strength, alignment, and fluidity. Expect to have a traditional Jazz and Modern technique warm-up with ballet fundamentals. We will then move across the floor, learn a phrase, and have a luxurious cool down to thank our bodies for all the dancing we just did. Be ready to sweat, groove, experiment, and have some fun!
