Noyes Rhythm is a century-old movement practice emphasizing the relationship between nature-based image and movement. Florence Fleming Noyes developed an intelligent technique system to align and release the body. A typical Noyes class consists of three parts: an opportunity to shed self-conscious awareness of ourselves as people, the practice of technique to develop strength and coordination, and the release of the body into image-driven, free movement. Noyes movement follows organic, energetic pathways and cultivates inner awareness of harmony, strength, freedom, and joy. No prior dance experience is necessary. www.noyesrhythm.org I @noyesrhythm
