Pilates in Motion is a class where Pilates meets dance. We will explore classical Pilates mat repertoire while incorporating elements of modern dance and movement. We will focus on body placement and awareness in space while improving stability, flexibility, and strength. We will strive to feel balanced from a full-body workout that centers around core muscle power. Be prepared to move to the rhythm of your breath and some tunes!
