Practicing Disorientation with Leah Wilks

Price: $15

Join us for a physical, sweaty class where we go upside down, in and out of the ground, throw ourselves off-kilter and into the oblique, find our multiple fluid bodies, and work from sensation (especially from other senses besides sight). There will be some highly structured improvisation, some partner work, some SKILLZ, and perhaps a big old phrase or two.
