Through healing techniques, dancers, choreographers, and dancing instructors can use elastic bands and balls to train muscle strength and flexibility to prevent injury. By learning how to recover from muscle tension and contraction and resulting pain, they can dance longer and become stronger dancers.
In addition, by activating deep muscles using the ball, the dancers can learn correct postures and how to remove muscle fatigue. The dancers can understand the nature of sprain and other muscle problems originating from muscle fatigue through anatomy and learn how to resolve such problems. The students will study taping therapy to heal issues with the muscles.
