MindBody Centering YOGA FOR HUMANS was developed by yoga therapist// performance artist nina be, as a fun & inspiring way for everyone to find ease, joy and vitality in the body, mind and heart. In her work with mental/physical physiology, nina has introduced thousands of human beings to the ancient art & science of Yoga. nina has learned from the masters, to offer Yoga from the everyday movements that make up every dance we love. She inspires and motivates anyone to meet the doubt in their mind to go beyond habits and lethargy.
YOGA FOR HUMANS helps organize & balance injured, aging or unsure humans to feel so much better. Each week we learn 5 new postures and 5 new ways to move, think and feel with more ease. We get here by NEVER pushing, intimidating, straining or walking the edge! Attending 10 weekly sessions guarantees an increase in stamina, and blood pressure, lower back, knee pain health. Even eating habits become easier due to regulated hormones!
Tuition: $15 per in-person class, $120 (20% discount) class enrollment
