Yoga for Dancers w/ Robbie Cook

This Yoga class is based in the vinyasa practice of yoga where the Asana (postures) flow from one to the next. Anatomical cues as related to the practice of dance are given verbally and physically during the class. Each class will also engage with the other limbs of the yoga practice including pranayama (breath) as well as a brief period of meditation for a deeper restoration of the mind as it intersects with the physical practice.
